Past HELLASTRON President Mr. K. Koutsoukos is the new ASECAP President for 2025

Mr Konstantinos Koutsoukos, Past President of HELLASTRON and CEO of Egnatia Odos S.A., has been appointed as President of ASECAP for the year 2025. 

ASECAP (ASsociation Européenne des Concessionnaires d’ Autoroutes et d’ ouvrages à Péage) is the European Association of Operators of Toll Road Infrastructures, with headquarters in Brussels, Belgium http://www.asecap.com/

The current international “print” of Greece’s tollroad executives includes Mr. D. Mandalozis, President of IRF, as well as past IBTTA President and ex ASECAP, IRF and HELLASTRON President Mr. B. Halkias.
