The 47th Annual ASECAP Conference (known as 47th ASECAP INFORMATION DAYS) will take place on 29-31 May, 2019 in Costa Navarino, Messinia, in southwestern Peloponnese in Greece: https://goo.gl/3QAUq1
Given the disruptive nature of the technological developments of the last 10 years and the trends foreseen which will dramatically impact mobility, ASECAP’s Technical Program Committee is issuing an Open Invitation for Presentations in order to attract presenters in the very wide field of Development, Financing, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Motorways and all related mobility fields and activities. The Program and the subjects that are part of this solicitation are described on the attached document entitled “A_ASECAPDays_2019_Subjects”. The various Sessions and deadlines for submission are described on the “B_ASECAPDays_2019_Call4Presentations” document.
Proposals for Presentation shall be submitted by e-mail (asecapdays2019@gmail.com) by filling out the Presentation Form attached herein as “C_ASECAPDays_2019_SubmissionForm”.
The Registration Fee for Presenters and Moderators is set at 850€. Participants pay a Fee of 1.100€ (Early Bird) while the Normal Participant Fee is set at 1.250€. Hotel rates have been negotiated at 230€ for single and 250€ for double.
